Welcome to Amirra! These Terms of Use ("Terms") outline what you need to know when using Amirra’s platform ("the Services"). By accessing and using Amirra, you agree to follow these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

To ensure Amirra remains a positive and productive environment, you must not:

3. No Guarantees (What You Should Know About Amirra)

Amirra does not control employment decisions made by your company.
Amirra is not responsible for how you or others use the platform.
While we work hard to provide a seamless experience, we can’t promise Amirra will always be error-free or available at all times.
4. Who Is Responsible for What? (Limitation of Liability)
🔹 You are responsible for your actions on Amirra. Your employer or Amirra is not liable for how you use the platform.
🔹 Amirra is not responsible for disputes, issues, or damages that arise from your use of the platform.
🔹 If you break the rules or cause harm through Amirra, you agree to cover any costs or damages that result (indemnification).
5. Your Agreement to Protect Amirra and Your Employer (Indemnification)
By using Amirra, you agree to protect Amirra, your employer, and any other affiliated parties from any claims, damages, or legal issues that arise due to:
Your misuse of the platform.
Any content you post, share, or transmit.
Any disputes with colleagues or third parties related to your use of Amirra.
This means that if someone makes a claim because of something you did on Amirra, you—not Amirra or your employer—are responsible for handling it.
6. Third-Party Services (External Tools & Integrations)
Amirra may connect with other tools your company uses. We do not control or take responsibility for these third-party services. If you choose to use an external service through Amirra, you assume all risks associated with it.
7. Account Termination & Enforcement
Amirra reserves the right to suspend or remove your access if:
You violate these Terms or company policies.
There is suspicious or harmful activity linked to your account.
Law enforcement or your employer requests removal.
Termination does not remove your responsibility for any actions taken before your account was deactivated.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes take effect immediately upon posting. If you continue using Amirra after an update, that means you accept the new Terms.
9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms follow the laws of Oregon. United States. If there’s a legal dispute, it will be handled in the courts of Oregon, United States.
Before taking any legal action, both parties agree to try to resolve disputes through mediation.
